Lead a Business-Critical Data Transformation Programme

We are seeking an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to drive a major data and reporting transformation programme within a complex, enterprise-scale environment. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile initiative, creating a trusted, governed and sustainable data reporting capability that will directly influence operational performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Duties

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data and reporting transformation programme.
• Establishing data governance, ownership, quality standards and reporting frameworks.
• Developing KPI libraries, definitions and reporting standards.
• Reviewing and rationalising existing reporting landscapes.
• Defining data models, integration requirements and reporting architecture.
• Working closely with technical specialists to implement automated reporting solutions.
• Driving stakeholder engagement, workshops, UAT and business adoption.
• Providing knowledge transfer and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU operations.

Key Skills & Experiences

• You'll be a proven transformation leader with a strong blend of programme delivery, data governance and BI expertise.
• Leading complex data, analytics or reporting transformation programmes
• Data governance, data quality and information management expertise
• KPI framework development and reporting standardisation
• Strong understanding of data modelling, integration and reporting architecture
• Advanced Power BI and Business Intelligence knowledge
• Experience working across multiple data sources and resolving data quality issues
• Stakeholder management at all levels with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
• UAT, implementation, adoption and transition-to-BAU experience
• Strong workshop facilitation and programme management capability
• Live SC Clearance
