Property & Environment Leader (Hybrid) - £85k-£95k + Car

ExtraCare Charitable Trust is seeking a Head of Property and Environment to provide strategic and operational leadership across our Property and Environment function at our Head Office in Coventry. The role leads on asset management, maintenance, safety compliance and sustainability to protect residents and colleagues.

You'll bring substantial senior leadership experience in property, asset management or building safety, a degree or equivalent, and membership with RICS, CIOB or IWFM.
