About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Solutions Consultant / Delivery Manager to support a high-priority company initiative: the Private Data Fabric. This program is central to our growth strategy, enabling our customers to integrate proprietary data with public knowledge sources to generate differentiated insights.

You will be the key operational interface between our team and strategic enterprise customers, translating customer needs into actionable plans and coordinating execution across customer teams, and internal product, engineering, and design functions. The role requires a unique blend of customer-centricity, technical fluency, and project delivery discipline.

This is a six-month contract role reporting into our product organization, with close collaboration across AI, Data, and Application Engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end project delivery for our Private Data Fabric initiative with key strategic customers

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer operational teams-capturing requirements, aligning expectations, and managing delivery timelines

• Collaborate closely with internal teams: Product Management, Design, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Application Engineering

• Translate complex customer requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

• Ensure project artifacts (e.g. scope, timelines, data workflows) are maintained with rigor and clarity

• Provide clear, concise updates to internal and external stakeholders, including executive audiences

• Support testing, validation, and onboarding processes in partnership with customer and internal teams

What You Bring

• 7-12+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, solutions consulting, or technical project management

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects-ideally involving data integration, machine learning, or platform deployment

• Ability to operate comfortably across both technical and business domains

• Consulting background (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini) or start-up experience in a customer-facing delivery role is highly valued

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Nice to Have

• Background in biomedical data, data governance, or clinical research platforms

• Experience working with AI/ML teams or data privacy-compliant environments

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
