The Role:

The Project Manager & Business Analytics Intern is responsible for the timely implementation and delivery of assigned projects and/or processes including analysing business cases, project planning, coordination with internal/external stakeholders, reporting and handover to the business.

They are also responsible for building up and maintaining excellent relationships with mainly internal organizations and supporting the Country organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the delivery of the assigned projects and/or taking corrective actions when results materially deviate from expectations.
• Ensure high quality execution of one-time projects and/or process changes within the business-as-usual organisation to ensure smooth processing and reporting.
• Set-up project organization including governance, reporting and necessary templates.
• Work with all departments (Commercial, MS, Finance and Operations ) to get support, define priorities, coordinate activities and to get relevant information for business management.
• Set up and maintain standardized/automated reporting for team production, utilizing the right tools.
• Become a BI expert-from extracting the right data to analyzing it and drawing business conclusions and decisions

Preferable skills and competencies

• 1-2 years of experience as Business analyst.
• Good knowledge of reporting and statistical tools, MicroStrategy, Power BI
• Proficiency in MS Office products and Excel is a must
• Advanced data modelling skills.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving attitude
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as a key player
