What you'll do

• Support the commercial team with check-ins and apartment visits ensuring the information in up-to-date on the system.
• Promote our services and collect feedback from our clients.
• Support the team with internal communication with the tenants.
• Provide cross-functional support to the Key Account Managers (KAMs) with administrative tasks.
• Communicate with our external suppliers and keep them updated with check-in information.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent level of English.
• Confident and great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with our clients.
