About the Role:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from initial concept through to post-deployment support, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, draft project timelines, and manage project risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related projects, guiding both technical and non-technical teams to meet objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates on project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record as a Salesforce Project Manager with extensive experience in managing enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce solutions, with experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage both internal teams and external teams.
