Project Finance Manager

A leadingFinancial Services Organisation in Dublin 1is seeking an experiencedProject Finance Managerto join its Project Finance & Advisory team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-calibre finance professional to work on complex, high-profile projects and transactions, providing financial and commercial advice across the full project lifecycle.

The Role

You will work closely with senior colleagues and clients across areas including:

• Project finance structuring and delivery
• Financial modelling and analysis
• Corporate finance and advisory
• Transaction and contract development
• Financial and commercial due diligence
• ESG and sustainable finance
• Preparation of reports, presentations and investment papers
• Stakeholder and client relationship management

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• 5+ years' relevant experience in project finance, financial advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, banking or sustainable finance
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience supporting complex transactions or major projects
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A relevant third-level degree
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CFA is highly desirable
