You'll ensure "no surprises" execution, timely escalation, and leadership-ready reporting.

  • LT support & cover: act as an extension of LT (OIC when required), produce decision-ready updates with clear narrative and recommendations.
  • Build bench strength: delegate, coach GCB5/6, create cross-cover and repeatable processes.
  • GCB4 capabilities (bar)
  • End-to-end ownership (We Take Responsibility): delivers outcomes from plan to closure; exceeds by leading across boundaries as default owner.
  • "No surprises" risk leadership (We Get It Done): early escalation + accurate metrics; exceeds by anticipating risk and improving control hygiene.
  • Decision-driving influence (We Value Difference / We Get It Done): aligns stakeholders and lands decisions; exceeds by unblocking contentious topics across pods.
  • Strategic prioritisation (We Take Responsibility / We Get It Done): makes sensible trade-offs; exceeds by shaping priorities and simplifying complexity for LT.
  • LT support & cover (We Succeed Together / We Take Responsibility): reliable OIC and LT-ready packs; exceeds by reducing LT involvement via crisp options/recommendations.
