The Programmatic Trader role is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset at the cutting edge of the programmatic advertising landscape. In this position, you will manage campaigns while providing world-class support to our programmatic clients, working cross-functionally within internal teams to maximise the impact and value of our offerings. We move fast, and the ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to tackle new challenges.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with Sales throughout the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns (planning and strategy, activation and troubleshooting, consultation and upselling/renewal).
2. Analyse internal and client reports to deliver tailored performance recommendations based on platform preferences, budgets, and KPIs.
3. Manage campaigns end-to-end-from setup (tags, DSP configuration, QA) through to optimisation and delivery, meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.
4. Develop expertise in our products, proprietary tools, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs.
5. Identify inefficiencies and contribute to the development of best practices that enhance operational processes.
6. Support onboarding of new publisher integrations, ensuring proper data passback, traffic quality, and scalable supply.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, data, finance, and sales operations teams.
8. Create training materials and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
9. Manage and improve monthly revenue reconciliation workflows.
10. Train and mentor Associate Programmatic Consultants.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in digital operations (e.g., ad ops, data ops, technical account management, or programmatic consulting/trading).
2. 1+ years of experience training or mentoring within digital operations teams.
3. Hands-on DSP experience required (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, AmazonDSP, StackAdapt, Xandr Invest, Yahoo!, Amobee, etc.).
4. DMP experience required (e.g., LiveRamp, Lotame, Adform, Semasio, etc.).
5. SSP experience required (e.g., Xandr Curate, PubMatic, Freewheel, SpotX, Magnite, etc.).
6. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Asana, Trello, etc.).
7. Salesforce experience is preferred.
8. Strong Excel skills.
9. Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly in video and CTV.
10. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and technically complex environment.
11. A problem solver with excellent project and time management capabilities.
12. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
13. Familiarity with Semasio is preferred.
