Baltic Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading global automotive manufacturer based in Sunderland. Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we are seeking Production Operatives to join a high performing and supportive team. This is a full time, long term opportunity offering a clear pathway to a permanent contract after just 6 months.

• £19.06 per hour overtime (weekdays & Saturdays)

The Role

• Operate production machinery (robotic welders, presses, grinders)
• Load materials into welding equipment and jigs
• Carry out quality inspections
• Follow work instructions and meet production targets
• Complete production documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

What We're Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and team oriented
• Flexible for rotating shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours

39 hours per week + overtime available

Monday to Friday

Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:10pm (3:00pm Friday)

Back Shift: 3:10pm - 11:20pm (11:00pm Friday)
