Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Southampton (Hybrid)

We are working on behalf of a pioneering, award-winning technology innovator within the subsea robotics space. This bold and future-focused organisation is reshaping global industries through cutting-edge autonomous and remote-controlled solutions for defence, government, and commercial clients worldwide. With a strong presence in the UK and ambitions to scale internationally, they are seeking a motivated and assured Production Manager to drive the build, integration, and delivery of their Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs).

What will you be doing?

• Leading the end-to-end production of AUVs - ensuring delivery is on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Collaborating closely with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to transition smoothly from design to build
• Supervising and empowering production teams to deliver successful outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Managing supply chain coordination and resolving production obstacles with a creative, solutions-driven mindset
• Playing a key role in scaling and improving production as the company grows globally

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified and experienced in AUVs, ROVs, or subsea robotics production
• Strong technical grounding in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering disciplines
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in challenging, high-pressure environments
• Practical, focused, and determined problem solver
