What You'll Do

Join our dynamic team as a key administrative support for the EuroLeague production department. You'll work closely with the Production Manager, assisting with all aspects of production administration, including managing production paperwork, booking travel and accommodation, and coordinating freelancers. You'll be the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, handling credit card accounts, expenses, and obtaining quotes for upcoming production needs. You'll also support meetings, take minutes, and arrange catering. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Administrative Support - Production: Check and publish production paperwork (including music cue sheets; contributor agreements). Contribute to measuring the production's footprint. Assist with general production administration, including organizing travel and accommodation, booking freelancers, processing invoices, preparing call sheets, etc. Be a point of contact for general production inquiries from internal and external clients and suppliers. Obtain quotes for upcoming production requirements (including travel, transport and accommodation).
  • General Administrative Support: Carry out other duties within the scope and purpose of the job as required.
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Shows initiative and can prioritise workload without close supervision.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge & Experience
  • Previous administration experience; experience in a production environment is preferred.
  • Experience in managing and processing invoices, booking freelancers; awareness of music cue sheets and post-production paperwork.
Working Conditions

The work location is Stockley Park, Uxbridge. This is a fixed-term contract until July 2027. Working hours are 9:00-17:00, with an expectation of 4-5 days per week in the office, and occasional work outside standard hours as required by the business. Role may require some unsocial hours, weekend work, and international travel. The working environment is fast-paced, aligned with the EuroLeague and EuroCup Basketball schedule.
