ThisisnotastandardProductOwnerrole.You'llhaveend-to-endownershipof2-3products, acting as the voice of the customer and driving priorities across development teams, customers and senior stakeholders. From defining product vision and challenging technical decisions to delivering major features, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions that directlyinfluenceproductdirectionandcustomerexperience.

Youwill:

• Ownandprioritiseproductbacklogs,definingclearroadmapsandproductgoals
• Translatecustomerneedsintocompellinguserstoriesandacceptancecriteria
• DrivefeaturedeliveryfrominitialspecificationthroughUATandlaunch
• Align customers, developers, sales, support and senior leadership around product priorities

Skills/Experience:

• ProvenProductOwnerexperience,ideallywithretailorcustomer-facingsoftware
• Strongbacklogmanagement,userstorywritingandprioritisationskills
• Confidentcommunicatorwhocaninfluencestakeholdersanddefendproductdecisions
• Analyticalmindset,withtheabilitytousedatatoguideproductdirection
• Technically literate, comfortable collaborating closely with developers and technical leads

Salary/Remuneration:

Negotiable + 10% bonus, pension, healthcare, free lunch and free parking.
