Join our dynamic Channel & Digital Execution team and help shape the future of customer engagement! As Chatbot Product Owner, you'll drive strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our chatbot experiences across digital platforms.

Your mission:

• Lead chatbot strategy, design, and integration across web, mobile & messaging platforms
• Optimize conversational flows & UX using data insights
• Work cross-functionally to deliver personalized, seamless customer interactions
• Stay ahead of AI/chatbot trends & tech to keep us competitive

Your profile:

• 5+ yrs in chatbot/AI product roles with strong NLP & UX knowledge
• Experience in chatbot platforms, Agile practices & project management
• Data-driven, user-centric, and proactive problem-solver
• Fluent in either FR/NL/EN and thrive in a multicultural environment
