Your mission:

Lead chatbot strategy, design, and integration across web, mobile & messaging platforms
Optimize conversational flows & UX using data insights
Work cross-functionally to deliver personalized, seamless customer interactions
Stay ahead of AI/chatbot trends & tech to keep us competitive

Your profile:

5+ yrs in chatbot/AI product roles with strong NLP & UX knowledge
Experience in chatbot platforms, Agile practices & project management
Data-driven, user-centric, and proactive problem-solver
Fluent in either FR/NL/EN and thrive in a multicultural environment
