Product Owner - Process for IT4IT - EU - Remote

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Owner to drive the evolution of our Digital Property Registry (DPR) platform. In this role, you will shape the product vision, manage the backlog, and lead implementation to ensure the platform meets legal, technical, and user requirements in property digitization, ownership verification, and digital asset management.

What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the product vision for the DPR process and platform.
• Establish a clear scope and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Gather and prioritize requirements through research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of Digital Property Registry processes.
• 3+ years in product management for digital products.
• Proven success in launching and scaling digital platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (eg, Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights.
• Passion for great user experiences and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management experience
