We are seeking a Product Manager in London in our Retail Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Contract type: 6-9-month assignment (temporary employee PAYE) working via an Umbrella company. Hybrid role with 2-3 days on site per week in London.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the discovery and analysis activities to identify market opportunities and customer needs
  • Define and prioritise user stories and use cases in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across multiple departments
  • Conduct proactive backlog management, ensuring clarity and prioritisation of deliverables
  • Drive the product strategy in an agile environment, adapting to changing requirements and market conditions
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities, building consensus and driving alignment
  • Work alongside the product team to establish priorities for discovery and delivery activities
  • Champion a user-first mindset, ensuring accessibility and usability remain central to all product decisions
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar strategic product role
  • Experience working within retail or commercial environments
  • Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided.

This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity; the work will be via an Umbrella company.
