We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Product Experience & Design Manager to join a high-impact team at a leading global technology company. This role sits at the heart of our Global SME division, where we're building the future of business solutions for millions of small and medium enterprises worldwide.

You'll be instrumental in designing next-generation, data-driven products that are intuitive, scalable, and visually stunning. Our UX team blends behavioral science, data, design, and technology to craft experiences that go beyond functionality-delivering delight, clarity, and impact.

As a Product Experience Designer, you'll collaborate with UX Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life.

You'll contribute to our evolving Design System, build reusable components, and create high-fidelity UI Kits that solve real technical challenges. You'll also apply advanced interaction design and prototyping to deliver seamless, engaging user journeys.

• Collaborate across Design, Product, and Engineering to evolve and maintain our Design System.
• Ensure user experiences align with business goals and drive engagement.
• Ideate and conceptualize new features that support product strategy.
• Rapidly prototype Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using human-centered design principles.
• Create high-fidelity visual designs, reusable components, user flows, and journey maps.
• Adapt and iterate design components into scalable systems.
• Continuously improve design efficiency and product experience using atomic design principles.

• Expertise in Figma and modern design tools.
• Strong background in UI/UX design, product experience, and design systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for solving complex problems with elegant, user-focused solutions.
• Experience in creating scalable design components and working with design tokens.
• Bonus: Experience with motion design/animation and working in agency or enterprise environments.
