Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in modern UI development to help elevate the MAP UI to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong Front End skills and a passion for building intuitive, high-performance interfaces. This is a 60/40 Fe to BE split. You will also be contributing to a high-profile AI chatbot project, focused on customer onboarding and servicing. This is a live product with significant visibility, leveraging bleeding-edge AI technologies. While prior chatbot experience is not mandatory, an interest in working on innovative AI-driven solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead UI development for the MAP platform, enhancing usability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable and elegant user experience. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the AI chatbot for onboarding and servicing.
Work across the full stack: React.js Front End and Java Back End (approx. 60/40 or 70/30 split). Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and architecture discussions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.

Technical Requirements
Frontend: Expert-level experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
Backend: Strong proficiency in Java and RESTful services. Experience with enterprise-grade systems and microservices architecture. Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Exposure to AI, NLP, or chatbot technologies is beneficial but not required.
Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
