Join a market-leading organisation in Belfast as a Category Manager, driving procurement excellence across multiple product and service categories. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute professional to lead sourcing strategy, optimise supplier performance, and deliver real value.

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and tendering processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Build and manage supplier relationships to maximise performance and mitigate risk.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and process improvement.
• Use procurement tools (e.g. Nav, Qliksense) for data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and corporate governance standards.

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar.
• 4+ years' experience in procurement or category management.
• Proven negotiation, supplier management, and cost-optimisation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using procurement or data tools.
• CIPS qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
