Procurement Manager - Chichester

We're looking for a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies and deliver best-in-class commercial solutions across our iconic Events businesses and the wider Estate. From motorsport to hospitality, you'll be at the centre of it all-driving efficiencies, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping supplier relationships that support our world-renowned experiences.

• Building and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Leading procurement direction, coordination, and evaluation across the organisation
• Running annual tender processes and managing contract renewals
• Leading high-value procurement programmes and negotiations
• Reviewing and improving internal negotiation strategies
• Conducting deep dives into supplier terms and conditions to ensure compliance

• A passion for what you do and a proactive, positive attitude

• Laser-sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Confidence to make decisions and stand by them

• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

• A flair for communication and stakeholder engagement

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in a large, complex organisation, ideally within hospitality or events

• MCIPS qualification

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

• Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities

• Deep knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and procurement governance
