We're looking for a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies and deliver best-in-class commercial solutions across our iconic Events businesses and the wider Estate. From motorsport to hospitality, you'll be at the centre of it all-driving efficiencies, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping supplier relationships that support our world-renowned experiences.
What You'll Be Doing- Building and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Leading procurement direction, coordination, and evaluation across the organisation
- Running annual tender processes and managing contract renewals
- Leading high-value procurement programmes and negotiations
- Reviewing and improving internal negotiation strategies
- Conducting deep dives into supplier terms and conditions to ensure compliance
A passion for what you do and a proactive, positive attitude
Laser-sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confidence to make decisions and stand by them
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
A flair for communication and stakeholder engagement
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in a large, complex organisation, ideally within hospitality or events
MCIPS qualification
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities
Deep knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and procurement governance
