A highly regarded regional law firm based in Margate is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its well-established and expanding Private Client team.

This is a varied and rewarding position involving a broad range of private client work, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and administration of estates
• Trusts and trust administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Inheritance tax and succession planning

You will manage your own caseload while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.

• Ideally 2+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) within Private Client
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, estates, and tax matters
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive, organised, and professional approach

A STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential. The firm actively supports ongoing training and professional development.
