Primary PPA & Intervention Teacher Would you prefer to teach without taking on your own permanent class ?Aspire People are recruiting Primary Teachers who are interested in PPA teaching, intervention work and classroom cover from September 2026.This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy being in the classroom but want greater variety and flexibility than a traditional full-time class teacher position.You could work across different year groups, deliver PPA lessons, support targeted interventions, and provide additional teaching cover where schools need you. The Role Could Include: Delivering PPA lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Providing planned classroom cover Leading small-group interventions Supporting pupils with gaps in learning Delivering phonics, Reading, English or Maths interventions Working across different classes throughout the week Supporting schools during periods of staff absence This Role Could Suit: Experienced teachers who don't want their own class Teachers looking for part-time work Teachers wanting to work several days per week Teachers who enjoy working across different year groups Teachers with strong subject knowledge Teachers looking for a better work-life balance Supply teachers wanting more consistent work We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Recent UK primary teaching experience Strong curriculum knowledge Confident classroom management Ability to adapt quickly to different classes Reliable and professional approach Why Aspire People?
