Pre-Sales Executive Consultant

SISQUAL is a multinational company specializing in Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, helping organizations across multiple countries optimize team management, reduce operational costs, and enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee well-being.

We are expanding our global Pre-Sales team and are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive Consultant who brings together HR functional expertise, strong WFM solution knowledge, and a client-oriented commercial approach.

The Pre-Sales Executive Consultant will play a central role in complex sales cycles, leading solution demonstrations and supporting the commercial team in preparing proposals for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic opportunities, identify operational/compliance challenges, and contribute to sales strategy.
• Deliver tailored WFM demos, translating needs into scenarios for different stakeholders.
• Act as a platform expert, validating configurations and supporting functional discussions.
• Contribute to RFPs, aligning technical solutions with business value and client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and clear functional scope documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Higher education or equivalent, preferably in business or commercial fields (Management, Marketing, Sales, Economics or similar)
• Experience in functional analysis or consulting in HR - WFM systems/ERP
• Experience in technology solution demonstrations or client presentations
• Understanding of HR processes, including: time & attendance management, workforce scheduling and shift planning, labor compliance
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
