Your Mission Will Be

• Identify and develop business opportunities through market research and outreach;
• Manage client and consultant relationships, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication;
• Lead the hiring process, conducting interviews as needed;
• Oversee financials, ensuring margin control, risk management, and unit profitability.

You Will Need

• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Strong communication and persuasion skills;
• A results-driven mindset, with motivation to achieve goals and a dynamic, ambitious, and collaborative attitude;
• BSc or MSc in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields;

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Proven experience managing business portfolios in IT consulting;
• Solid understanding of business challenges and customer expectations;
• Previous customer and/or consultant management experience;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
