Due to continued organic growth-driven by exceptional service and a dynamic leadership team, the firm is seeking a practice accountant / qualified auditor to join its growing audit division.

You'll work closely with experienced managers and directors, gaining exposure to a variety of sectors and clients, including international businesses operating in Ireland.

The Role

• Take ownership of audits from planning through to completion

• Collaborate directly with managers and directors on client strategy and delivery

• Work with high-quality clients, including Irish SMEs and international firms

• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing strong client relationships

• Review junior staff work and provide coaching and constructive feedback

What You Bring

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an Irish accountancy practice

• Solid understanding of audit planning, execution, and reporting

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and mentor junior staff
