Role Overview:As a Power Platform Consultant at WM Reply, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative workplace solutions that enhance employees' day to day experiences and drive digital transformation for our clients. You'll work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design and build to adoption and optimisation, ensuring they fully leverage the potential of the cloud and Microsoft technologies. WM Reply is recognised as a leader in solutions built on Sitecore, Dynamics 365, Office 365 -including SharePoint, Power Platform, Yammer, and Microsoft Teams. This is a London based role.
Responsibilities:- Design, build, and test Power Platform solutions in collaboration with creatives, developers, and project managers.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into clear business and technical specifications.
- Deliver high quality Power Platform applications on time, regardless of project size or complexity.
- Ensure solutions are user friendly, scalable, and optimised for business adoption and ongoing use.
- Participate in solution reviews, troubleshooting, and post delivery support to ensure long term client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the wider team.
- Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in solution design, governance, and delivery using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands on expertise in building and configuring Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate workflows.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and licensing; additional knowledge in this area is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Organised, delivery focused, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
