Job Description

Are you a PMO expert looking to put their mark on the work of one of the UK's largest charities?

About the role

We're undertaking a significant transformation programme to improve support for leveraging technology and supporting our mission, as our PMO Analyst you'll assist this vital work and will assist our Technology Portfolio Office in delivering several strategic initiatives across our technology teams.

You'll contribute to the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of our business as usual activities while fostering effective cross-technology collaboration throughout. You'll also support and uphold delivery standards and best practices while reporting on both technology project and product portfolios.

About you

With a comprehensive understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Lean methodologies, with a certification in at least one delivery methodology, you'll have hands-on experience with a range of Agile frameworks and will be skilled at interpreting data and presenting insights through clear, actionable dashboards.

With hands-on experience with a range of Agile frameworks, you'll have previous experience managing bi-modal portfolios, as well as expertise in selecting delivery methodologies to achieve optimal results. With a demonstrable track record of successfully overseeing technology projects, you'll be proficient in the use of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and workflow tools.

A motivated, self-starter who can work without close supervision, you'll have exceptional organisational skills, supported by robust planning and prioritisation skills, and will be a creative problem solver with an eye for design and an innovative mind.

Working arrangements

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract

This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short one-way video interview, successful candidates will then be invited to attend an interview via MS Teams, followed by an in-person interview which may include a presentation.
