The Role

You will carry out a variety of responsive repairs, void property works, disabled adaptation shower installations, and planned maintenance activities. You'll work across a variety of residential properties, ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality plumbing services while helping us create homes and communities people are proud to live in.

Responsibilities

• Completing high-quality plumbing repairs and maintenance in customers' homes.


• Installing and adapting shower facilities.


• Undertaking a mix of responsive repairs, void property works, and project-based maintenance.

2+ years post apprentice experience.

Able to demonstrate a high level of experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance plumbing services.

2+ years' relevant experience in the minor building and maintenance sector.

Availability for Out of Hours Call-Out Rota 1 week every 12 weeks.

Able to use PDA \ smartphone \ mobile working device.

Current, clean, valid UK driving licence.
