HR Advisor

The HR Advisor role in Glasgow will see you managing day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of people processes. You'll play a key part in handling employee relations, supporting recruitment, and maintaining compliance within the business services industry.

Description

• Provide advice and support on employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary procedures.
• Assist with recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new employees.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update HR records and systems accurately.
• Support managers with workforce planning and development initiatives.
• Coordinate and deliver training and development programmes.
• Handle HR reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role within the business services sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
