Planner

A well regarded planning consultancy is looking to appoint a Town Planner in Exeter. This role offers the chance to work across a varied project portfolio within a close knit and supportive team.

You will support the delivery of planning projects across a range of sectors.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications
• Undertaking planning research and site appraisals
• Drafting planning statements and reports
• Liaising with local authorities and consultees
• Supporting senior planners on larger schemes
• Attending client and project meetings

This is an excellent role for someone looking to broaden their experience.

• Degree qualified in Town Planning or related discipline
• Working towards MRTPI or recently qualified
• Experience within consultancy or local authority
• Strong written and analytical skills
• Keen to develop within a professional environment
