Pharmacist Manager

An excellent, well-established Corporate Community Pharmacy group is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for their Bridgewater store in vibrant Wakefield.

Position Details:

• Full-time role with competitive rates
• 45 hours per week

As a Pharmacy Manager in Bridgewater, you will be involved in the daily operations of the business, encouraged to grow prescription volumes, and support team members.

You will have the opportunity to earn up to 25% of your annual salary in bonus by achieving realistic KPIs.

Key Duties:

Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You could become a vital member of both the store team and the local community, helping to maintain excellent customer loyalty.

Package and Benefits:

• £51,070 - £61,290 based on experience
• 45 hours per week
• Bonus of up to 25% of salary
• Up to 33 days annual leave

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements:

• Qualified Pharmacist
• Must be registered with the GPHC
• Completed Trainee year/Pre-Reg as a Pharmacist
• Managerial experience is desirable but not essential
