We seek a Registered Manager who listens and cares about what our children have to say, understanding that each child is unique. Through your strong management, our children will receive high-quality care. You will lead and inspire a committed staff team to create a safe, comfortable home where children feel valued and staff go above and beyond.

Requirements:
  • OFSTED Registration as a Residential Care Manager, or significant experience working in a residential children's care home to secure OFSTED Registration within 6 months of appointment.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Young People's Services (or equivalent), or commitment to complete within 3 years.
  • Experience managing or leading a team within a residential children's home.
