If you are a Personal Assistant to Managing Director who enjoys working at pace in a creative, design-led environment, this is an excellent opportunity to support a senior leader within a respected architecture and interiors studio. You will be central to keeping priorities aligned at MD level while gaining genuine exposure to high-quality, multi-sector projects.

This Personal Assistant to Managing Director role offers the chance to become fully embedded in a collaborative business where autonomy is trusted and organisation is key. You'll be working closely with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment where your ability to stay ahead of competing priorities will make a real impact.

Package & Benefits
  • Salary £28,000 per annum.
  • 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working model (Friday/Monday hybrid).

  • Monday to Friday working pattern (9.00am-5.30pm).
  • No weekends.
About the Company

You will be joining a well-established architecture and interior design studio known for its creative approach, technical capability, and collaborative working style. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level diary and schedule management for the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and daily priorities across a busy senior workload.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the Managing Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar supporting senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex diaries and competing priorities independently.
  • Strong organisational skills with confident use of MS Office and business tools.
