Responsibilities- Managing the full 360 recruitment process for permanent placements in social care
- Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
- Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Contributing to business development and client growth
- Laying the foundations to build and lead your own recruitment team
- Proven experience in recruitment (ideally in the social care or healthcare sector)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious
- A genuine interest in helping people and improving outcomes in the care sector
- Flexible salary DOE
- Negotiable commission (no cap, real earning potential)
