  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process for permanent placements in social care
  • Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates

  • Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Contributing to business development and client growth
  • Laying the foundations to build and lead your own recruitment team

  • Proven experience in recruitment (ideally in the social care or healthcare sector)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious
