Performance Marketing Lead (Marketplace Acquisition)

Location: Dublin / Hybrid

At Motion, we have an opportunity available for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to own the paid-acquisition strategy and performance across our Motion marketplace brands: Carzone, CarsIreland and Cartell.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines deep paid-media expertise with strong commercial judgement, advanced analytics and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

What you'll own

• Lead acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels, from strategy through to hands-on optimisation.
• Use performance and commercial data to optimise investment and identify new growth opportunities.
• Drive experimentation across audiences, bidding, creative, feeds and conversion journeys.
• Strengthen measurement and attribution to demonstrate real business impact.
• Partner across Product, Analytics, CRM, Brand and Technology to improve conversion and customer journeys.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear, evidence-led recommendations.
• Champion AI, automation and emerging technology to continually improve performance.

You'll bring deep paid search and social expertise, strong Google Ads capability, advanced analytical skills and commercial judgement, with the confidence to own the strategy while staying hands-on.
