Performance Marketing Exec - Unbiased Marketing Growth & Performance

We're Unbiased, a collective of passionate marketers offering fractional support to ambitious, scaling brands. Whether we're acting as a part-time CMO or launching ad campaigns, our mission is simple: bring clarity to the messy world of marketing.

Now, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join us in this mission. This role is perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who's hungry to grow, curious about data, and excited to make a real impact across a range of exciting clients.

What you'll do

• Own and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft).
• Analyse performance data to optimise for real results like ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
• Work across a mix of budgets. From new channel tests to six-figure campaigns.
• Collaborate with our Growth and Strategy teams, and get face time with clients.
• Contribute to campaign ideas, and keep performance reporting sharp and insightful.
• Help shape our performance team and grow into a senior role over time.

Who you are

• 1-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in a startup or agency.
• Experience managing Google & Meta ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with a love for testing, learning, and iterating.
• A self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and communicate clearly with clients.
• Bonus: experience using Shopify, Google Analytics, Looker Studio or other reporting tools.

What you'll get

A salary related to your experience. Our budget is between £30,000-£35,000.

Discretionary annual bonus, based on company performance.

Commission on all new business that you generate.
