People Partner - Education sector - Uxbridge - c£44,000

This is a great opportunity for an experienced People Partner or HR Generalist to join a leading education organisation undergoing exciting organisational change.

Reporting to an Assistant People Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational People support. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing complex employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancies
2. Developing and implementing strategic workforce plans
3. Supporting organisational change projects, including restructures
4. Driving People projects, including talent management and diversity initiatives
5. Collaborating on training and development initiatives
6. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and the broader HR team

You should be an experienced People Partner or HR Generalist with good knowledge of HR best practices and strong employee relations skills. A track record of managing complex ER matters and developing workforce plans is essential, along with excellent stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work on HR projects are also required. Experience in the education sector is preferred but not essential.
