Are you a dynamic People Operations and Resourcing Manager looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our client's People Directorate and be at the forefront of shaping a vibrant workplace! This is an exciting opportunity to lead operational People functions, ensuring our organisation thrives through exceptional talent management and employee relations.

What You'll Do:

As a key player in our team, you will:

  • Lead all operational People functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and pay and benefits data management.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and the consistent application of policies and frameworks.
  • Manage the employee relations casework tracker for effective and timely resolutions, fostering a unified workplace.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent using our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Oversee the administration of a modern rewards and benefits programme that meets the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Enhance recruitment capabilities by upskilling managers and implementing effective selection assessments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in People systems and metrics to enhance the colleague experience.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People to develop and implement a new EDI strategy across the organisation.

What You Bring:

We are seeking a candidate who has:

  • Strong strategic leadership skills and a proven ability to align HR solutions with business needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practises.
  • Experience managing sensitive employee relations matters with confidence.
  • A track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems for reporting and insights.
  • The ability to manage projects and solve complex problems effectively.
  • An adaptable and resilient approach under pressure with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent postgraduate HR qualification.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
