People & Operations Lead - Hybrid HR & Rewards

Twenty First Group in London seeks a People and Operations Lead to own People & Culture: the systems, the processes, and the moments that make this a place people want to build a career.

You'll take direct ownership of our people operations, reporting to the MD, and working closely with the wider TFG team on shared frameworks and standards.
