  • Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processes for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and legislation.
  • Maintain payroll systems and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on payroll matters.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
  • Monitor payroll costs and ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Implement improvements to optimise payroll processes.
Qualifications

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in payroll management within a fast paced role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and legislation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll software and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience collaborating with Accounting & Finance teams.
