Contract Length: 3 months

This is a *UK* Fully Remote based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Supporting the administration and maintenance of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) activities and communications*
About the Role
We are seeking three Pay & Reward Advisors to join a busy Pay & Reward function on a short-term contract basis. The successful candidates will provide operational and advisory support across pay, reward, pensions, employee relations and associated people processes.
This is a varied role suited to an organised and detail-focused HR/Reward professional who is comfortable working with sensitive information, managing competing priorities and providing clear advice to stakeholders. You will also support the maintenance of reward data, records and audit documentation, as well as contributing to wider Pay & Reward initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Pay & Reward mailbox, providing accurate policy and process advice and prioritising responses according to urgency and business need.
- Maintain a range of logs and records for audit purposes, including business cases and reward-related documentation.
- Conduct job evaluations across a range of roles and levels, applying appropriate job evaluation methodologies. Experience with Willis Towers Watson (WTW) methodologies is desirable.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the Employee Relations portfolio, including arranging meetings, managing diaries and acting as meeting secretary.
- Support the administration and maintenance of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) activities and communications.
- Provide support for pensions administration and communications, ensuring information is accurate and appropriately communicated to employees.
- Assist with maintaining and improving Intranet pages relating to pay and reward, publishing updates and ensuring information remains current.
- Maintain accurate reward and personnel records, systems and documentation.
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders and external service providers where required.
- Support the wider Pay & Reward team with day-to-day activities, projects and interventions.
- Use data and evidence to identify trends, support recommendations, highlight potential risks and inform reward-related decisions.
- Support the development and administration of competitive pay and benefits packages, ensuring alignment with legislation, organisational policies and best practice.
- Contribute to the review and maintenance of salary structures, benefits information and associated reward data.
- Prepare and distribute accurate reward-related information and communications to employees and stakeholders.
- Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and relevant external providers.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Pay & Reward, HR, Compensation & Benefits or a closely related function.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Good experience working with data and Excel, including maintaining records, analysing information and producing accurate reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear and professional advice.
- Experience of pension administration or pension-related communications.
- Experience managing diaries, meetings and competing priorities.
- Ability to manage a shared mailbox and prioritise requests effectively.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and audit documentation.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Good understanding of pay, reward and benefits processes, with awareness of relevant legislation and best practice.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Willis Towers Watson (WTW) job evaluation methodology.
- Previous experience within a large or complex organisation.
- Experience supporting Employee Relations activity.
- Experience working with EVP, benefits or employee communications.
- Experience improving or maintaining HR/reward Intranet content.
- Experience working with external reward, benefits or pension providers.
