Specifically, we are looking for a Patent Technical Specialist to work on an innovative automotive project located in Vallès Occidental area (Barcelona).
Functions:
- Develop and process inventions with the appropriate application strategies
- To act as a link with the patent department
- Conduct the patent and Infringement studies
- Conduct the patent Drafting & Patent review
- Search patents (patentability, infringement, comments, oppositions / re-examinations, license negotiations)
- To supervise the entire process associated with new products and check whether they have sufficient characteristics or properties for patentability
- Conduct surveys of the state of the technique (new potential business areas).
- Track changes in domestic patent during prosecution thereof.
- Assess the external patent inventors.
- Conduct violation.
- Control the technology Watch Program alerts.
Requirements :
- University Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position
- Previous experience in mechanical products
- It is valued previous experience in Automotive Sector
- It is valued previous experience with Innography Sofware
