Patent Technical Specialist

Specifically, we are looking for a Patent Technical Specialist to work on an innovative automotive project located in Vallès Occidental area (Barcelona).

Functions:

• Develop and process inventions with the appropriate application strategies
• To act as a link with the patent department
• Conduct the patent and Infringement studies
• Conduct the patent Drafting & Patent review
• Search patents (patentability, infringement, comments, oppositions / re-examinations, license negotiations)
• To supervise the entire process associated with new products and check whether they have sufficient characteristics or properties for patentability
• Conduct surveys of the state of the technique (new potential business areas).
• Track changes in domestic patent during prosecution thereof.
• Assess the external patent inventors.
• Conduct violation.
• Control the technology Watch Program alerts.

Requirements :

• University Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position
• Previous experience in mechanical products
• It is valued previous experience in Automotive Sector
• It is valued previous experience with Innography Sofware
