TeamADN is Voodoo's ad network initiative. After two years of existence, it has reached a top spot as a monetization & user acquisition network for Voodoo. Its ambition is now to grow exponentially, supporting the growth of 3rd-party mobile applications by driving incremental ad revenues as a top-tier monetization platform & by growing their user base through high-performing user acquisition campaigns.
RoleLead and Grow the Partner Success Management Team:
Account Management:
Onboard new partners (advertisers, publishers).
Nurture relationships, maintain satisfaction, and support mutual growth.
Ad Operations:
Operate campaigns on advertiser accounts (pending self-serve platform availability).
Support advertisers in their operations once the platform is self-serve.
Tech Support:
Ensure a smooth experience for both monetization (SDK integration, reporting) and user acquisition (campaign management), working closely with product and tech teams
Process and Tool Implementation:
Help define and implement processes and tools that align with the evolution of the business (advertiser onboarding, campaign launch, ticketing system for support tasks )
Product Improvement Partnership:
Collaborate with the product team to enhance the ad network and drive increased value for partners.
5+ years of experience as an Account manager/CSM in an Ad tech company, including 2+ years as a manager/leader
Relational Excellence: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Data-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organization skills
A solid understanding of the ad tech ecosystem: SSP, DSP, or Ad Exchange should sound familiar
You're familiar with user acquisition platforms (AppLovin, Iron source DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
Experience in analysis tools is an advantage
Strong ownership & accountability expected
Comfortable with context switching
Speak and write English
