Part-Time Global HR Leader for High-Growth Agency

Our client in London is seeking a part-time HR Manager or HR Business Partner for a 12-month FTC. You will work with senior leadership to shape the people strategy, provide expert guidance on HR matters, and lead a high-growth HR function with autonomy.

The role is 2-3 days per week, combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery to ensure compliance, consistency, and a strong HR foundation across the business.
