Job Description

Oakleaf is partnered with a global law firm in their recruitment of a permanent, part-time Diversity & Inclusion Executive to support the delivery of its global D&I strategy. The position offers a broad remit, with a strong emphasis on programme delivery, employee engagement, network support and communications. It is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple initiatives, and is motivated by driving a positive impact. This is offered on a part-time basis 28 hours per week to a pro ratio salary £45,000 FTE

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of London based and global Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, campaigns and events, including social mobility programmes such as work experience and scholarship initiatives
  • Draft, coordinate and develop internal and external D&I communications, including intranet content, presentations, recruitment materials and social media
  • Act as a key point of contact for D&I queries and stakeholder engagement, liaising with internal teams, clients, vendors and external partners
  • Monitor external trends and best practice in D&I across the legal and professional services sectors, contributing to continuous improvement in approach and delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee networks, building strong relationships with network leads and working groups while providing ongoing guidance and operational support
  • Support the planning and delivery of network led initiatives and key annual inclusion events, co ordinating meetings, materials, outputs and cross network collaboration
The Profile
  • Demonstrable experience supporting or delivering Diversity & Inclusion ideally within a corporate or professional services environment, with exposure to employee networks or inclusion forums
  • Highly organised and proactive, with a results driven approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and event or campaign delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
