Learning, Development and Talent Specialist - FS / Build

A superb Learning and Development Specialist is now available at a niche Financial Services business based in Central London. This will be a broad, diverse and fast paced position which will allow the successful candidate a huge amount of autonomy and a fantastic platform to showcase what they can do in this area.

The role encompasses everything learning as well as strategic projects, talent development, management and succession planning. Additionally the learning function is evolving and this role will have a huge part of hw this develops across the business. The role requires a commercially astute individual who can connect the dots between all of the areas and anticipate business needs.

We are looking for highly motivated Learning/Talent professionals that are looking for a highly rewarding challenge in a fast paced environment. Candidates will need to come from a Financial Services background and have both breadth and depth of experience and can bring new ideas to the table.
